Swoogle Manual

Preface

In a group meeting in March 2004, Dr. Tim Finin raised an interesting topic- "Maybe we can build a Google like search engine for the Semantic Web, and run a PageRank like ranking mechanism to find the most popular ontologies". The Swoogle project, which aims at a Semantic Web search engine, started since then.
